1.   How to contact Grande Design to get the preliminary design quotation?

Our clients can directly contact our customer service hotline on 3114 8683; our customer service officer will help you to get an appointment for our designer on-site visit and making quotation. Customers can also fill out the online quotation form; our experienced designer will contact you and provide free design advice within two working days. In addition, our clients can also use other channels to get the free design consultation. (Including Email, Facebook page, Whatapps and WeChat)

2.   Are there any additional charges for onsite checking and making design quotation?

Grande Design provides free onsite checking, onsite consultation and quotation by our experienced designer.

3.   Are there any extra charges of construction drawing, AutoCAD floor plan and 3D renderings?

All the design package including all the design drawings and computer 3D renderings. Grande Design will not receive any additional charges.

4.   What is the meaning of structural warranty?

From the date of completion of the renovation, if our client’s apartment has any structural problem caused by the renovations or the tailor-made furniture, you can enjoy our one-year free maintenance. (Not including vandalism or natural wear and tear).

5.   How to monitor the progress of the project?

There is no need for you to visit the apartment regularly for checking during the renovation process. We would monitor our team to make sure that the construction work is done properly. Our designer would regularly deliver the onsite situation by email or mobile communication tools such as Whatsapp and WeChat so that the customer can understand the progress easily. If our clients want to supervise in person, designers will accompany clients to have the site visit

6.   Can I ask the designer to help me purchasing the decoration items?

Designers are willing to help clients to purchase decoration items such as a design sofa, coffee table, curtains and lights.

7.   Do our clients need to handle the paperwork?

Customers only need to make an appointment with Grande’s designers and we will go to customer's apartment. We promise that all the paperwork will be handled by our customer service officer in order to helps our customer to save time to travel and dealing with the paperwork.
