Situated in the heart of the financial district, the office design for this state-owned investment firm aims to project a professional image for both its employees and client-facing operations. Ample natural light was the primary prerequisite in creating this bright and airy workspace, in a design that maximizes the city vistas surrounding the Central district. We divided the space in four directions, placing the reception area and employee workstations closest to the windows to ensure natural illumination. The company strongly emphasises employee well-being, by providing a comfortable work area and a relaxation lounge, this encourages a healthy work-life balance, enabling employees to recharge amidst the demands of their daily duties.
